Strollercise Oct. 13th

October 13th -November 10th, 9:30am- 5 weeks,


Including warm up, full body workout with cardio incorporated and cool down.
Moderate fitness level and babies in carriers or strollers.
Class will be held at Nichols Oval Park.
All safety precautions will be in place and class will be in a socially distanced manner.
Please bring your own mat or blanket and water. Dress for weather. Rain dates will be added to the end of the session. 


Instructor Brittney McCullough is a certified personal trainer with Canfit Pro  as well as a healthy eating and weight loss coach. She is experienced in  1:1 training,
partner training, small groups up to large classes of all levels, including mom baby; baby exercises and strollercise.
She has a 21 month old herself so she knows how our own fitness/health can sometimes be set on the back burner. She feels we need to be our best for them, by making ourselves a priority! Brittney is  looking forward to sharing her knowledge and passion for fitness/health with families.
