Mama and Me Baby Exercise Group
Mom and Me ; Baby Exercise Group, This class starts June 28th 2021 at 9:30 am and runs for five weeks, until July 26th.
This is a 5 week mom and baby outdoor 1 hour exercise class.
Suitable for newer moms and babies newborn to pre-crawling.
We will focus on proper form and technique as you get back into exercising post natal.
Class will be held in the private fenced yard. This class is for all bodies and abilities and is gentle in nature.
All safety precautions will be in place and class will be in a socially distanced manner.
Please bring your own mat or blanket and water
Instructor Brittney McCullough is a certified personal trainer with Canfit Pro as well as a healthy eating and weight loss coach. She is experienced in 1:1 training,
partner training, small groups up to large classes of all levels, including mom baby; baby
exercises and strollercise.
She has a 20month old herself so she knows how our own fitness/health can sometimes be set on the back burner. She feels we need to be our best for them, by making ourselves a priority! Brittney is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and passion for fitness/health with families.
