Gentle Adult Yoga

This gentle class will be a perfect way to gear up for and recover from the holidays. We are bringing back adult yoga. 

This class will be Tuesday evenings and will break for one week during the holiday. 

This yoga class will include breath-work, some flow and ending with restorative poses, guide relaxation and yoga Nidra (rest) elements. 

Instructor Sonja Martin is qualified to accommodate postpartum and prenatal participants. 

This class is intended to bring exercise and stress reduction to each participant.
