Join Sonja for an hour of sensory play, parenting tips and connections! Ages 12 months and up recommended.
Sonja will provide a fun sensory/play experience as well as touch on topics related to parenting!
Topics include: Toilet Training, Managing Emotions, Calming at Home Activities, Toddler Yoga, Music and Art and Sensory.
This is a 4 week session. Tuesday's at 10:30am Jan. 17th - Feb. 7th.
Cost is $60 plus HST.
Sonja is a parenting coach, mindfulness/yoga instructor, behaviourist, doula, and so much more! This is a great chance to connect and get some questions answered.
