Prenatal yoga is a time of connecting to self and others. This class geared to all stages and abilities. Yoga is an excellent way to prepare the body for birth as well as ease stress and prevent pregnancy complications. Prenatal yoga instructor Sonja Martin is a pelvic core and floor specialist and trained in Spinning Babies. She will guide you into gentle and effective stretches and relaxation exercises to support all aspects pregnancy and birth. As a doula and childbirth educator she will provide additional education and support for this special transition.
Class is 5 weeks $90 + HST
